Plant Diet
The plant-based path is one of knowledge received directly from plants. The traditional method that has been practiced for millennia is "dieting with them."
Dieting means eating it, taking it, incorporating it into the body through its flavor, through direct contact, or by drinking it. Thus, in a plant-based diet, restrictions range from very strict to flexible. In this way, the body gradually purifies itself and opens up to receive the energy and consciousness of the plants.
Each plant has a specific energy and function. Depending on the person’s ailments, the Plant Master prescribes the appropriate plant, with the primary intention of receiving its medicine and healing the bodies: physical, mental, energetic, and spiritual; and secondarily, to receive its secrets, its teachings, and its energy so that we may become its custodians and continue on the path of healing.
